Property Access
- This property is part of the "Lodges at Eagles Nest" gated community.
- Guests have access to most amenities inside Eagles Nest, including:
- Great Camp: BBQ Pavilion, Amphitheater (location of summer concerts from May to end of November), The Great Lawn, Playground, Hiking Trails, Ropes Course and Climbing Tower (seasonal), Mini-Golf Course, 24/7 Dollar General concept store.
- North Pavilion: Ball Field, Sportsmans Lodge (unlocked portion only), Sports Court (Basketball and Pickleball), Dog Park, Walking Trail, Sportsman's Grille (Wed-Sun. Hours vary), Fire Pit, Woodland Trail System (ATV Trails, Hiking, Biking).
- Camp (BYO Equipment): Tennis Courts, Pickleball, Disc Golf, Archery (Restrooms and Pavilion coming soon!).
- Vineyard: Food and wine served; Eagles Nest Winery day passes are available onsite for $25.00 each. HOURS: Thur & Fri 4p-10p. Sat & Sun 1p-7p. All visitors on premise at the winery must be 16 years or older. This is strictly enforced.
- Guests do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman's Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. These are for member use only.

- The summer concerts are open to all guests; there is an admission fee for each person and a cash bar for food and drinks.
Fees and Payments
- Firewood for the outdoor firepit may be added at the time of booking under "Additional Fees" after entering payment info, or by reaching out more than a week in advance. You receive two wrapped bundles and a firestarter for $25/night.
- All stays at Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee.
- Eagles Nest Winery day passes are available onsite for $25.00 each. HOURS: Thur & Fri 4p-10p. Sat & Sun 1p-7p.
- The summer concerts are open to all guests; there is an admission fee for each person and a cash bar for food and drinks.
- CANCELLATION POLICY: Bookings canceled within 24 hours of their creation will receive a full refund. Bookings canceled more than 24 hours after creation are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
Parking Information
- The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months.
Utilities and Amenities Access
- High-speed internet is provided. Some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
- Kitchen is well-stocked with cooking basics and utensils. Dishwasher, oven, stove, and laundry machines are provided.
- A starter set of paper products and basic toiletries is provided (toilet paper, garbage bags, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher detergent, laundry pods, paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and makeup remover cloths) for approximately one to two nights.
- Hair dryer is provided.
- Towels and linens are provided.
- Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment, etc.).
Safety and Emergency Information
